American Eats: A Culinary Adventure invites students to enjoy a hands-on exploration of American summer cuisine with a fun and flavorful mix of baked and no-bake recipes inspired by classic home-style favorites and fairground treats. During Build & Thrill STEM activities, students become amusement park engineers, designing and building attractions through engaging, classroom-based STEM activities. Using roller coasters as a central focus, students explore concepts such as gravity, speed, energy, and motion by creating and testing model coasters, while additional challenges include designing Ferris wheels, spinning rides, and other theme park attractions. Inspired by classic American circuses, Summer Art at the Circus is a creative fine arts enrichment course where students explore the excitement of the circus through hands-on drawing, painting, and sculpting. Mini Warrior is a high-energy summer fun fitness program.
