Students will explore curriculum inspired by American past times and favorites, in flavor, science, and adventure during our multi-course all-inclusive enrichment program! American Eats: A Culinary Adventure invites students to enjoy a hands-on exploration of American summer cuisine with a fun and flavorful mix of baked and no-bake recipes inspired by classic home-style favorites and fairground treats. During Build & Thrill STEM activities, students become amusement park engineers, designing and building attractions through engaging, classroom-based STEM activities. Using roller coasters as a central focus, students explore concepts such as gravity, speed, energy, and motion by creating and testing model coasters, while additional challenges include designing Ferris wheels, spinning rides, and other theme park attractions. Inspired by classic American circuses, Summer Art at the Circus is a creative fine arts enrichment course where students explore the excitement of the circus through hands-on drawing, painting, and sculpting. Mini Warrior is a high-energy summer fun fitness program. EnrichmentEnrichment programs are for district residents only - you must reside within the district to attend For summer 2026, the following districts accept out of district students from surrounding areas, the rest of the districts are for district students only: Babylon, Eastport, Huntington, Island Trees, Manhasset, Mattituck, Middle Country, and Smithtown. Scroll Down after reading guidelines to Register! Enrichment Guidelines: Please read the below enrichment program guidelines prior to registering for a course. A confirmation and welcome email with additional on-site information will be sent prior to the start date. Scroll down to register for each district's programming. Enrollment & Refunds EDM Monthly tuition is non-refundable. All EDM registrations must be in by the 15th of the month prior to course start date. Example, December registration is due November 15. All general enrichment refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee, if requested prior to the refund deadline. Once a course has begun, we are unable to process refunds for any reason. Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction. Enrollment is first-come, first-served. A minimum of 15 students is required for each course to run. SCOPE reserves the right to cancel a course prior to its start date due to insufficient enrollment or staffing. Sibling discounts may be offered to additional sibling only, and should be applied to the course with the lowest fee. When registering select the additional sibling discount drop-down price upon registration. Attendance & Family Commitment Full participation and consistent attendance are required. Late arrivals and early pickups may disrupt the program and may not be able to be accommodated. Please note that while it is always our intent to run enrichment programming as scheduled, we cannot guarantee continuous scheduling without interruption. At times, circumstances beyond our control may require a date to be canceled or postponed. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding should any adjustments become necessary. Parents and guardians are expected to follow all drop-off and pick-up procedures, including supervising younger children, adhering to parking guidelines, and following staff guideliens during drop off, pick up and transitions. Family members are not permitted to stay during the duration of an enrichment course. Excessive late pick ups can result in warnings or removal from the program. Behavior Expectations Students are expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times. Students are expected to actively participate in all lessons and activities provided by the SCOPE enrichment curriculum. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in a warning or removal from the program. Logistics, Materials & Health SCOPE provides all supplies and materials for every enrichment program. Snacks are not provided. Families may send a nut-free snack with their child if desired. Please ensure all personal items are labeled. SCOPE is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. SCOPE EDM programs (Daily monthly afterschool) do not provide nurses. If your child requires medication kept on site, please call 631-360-0800 ext 167 to discuss prior to enrollment. SCOPE does not provide 1:1 support or direct 1:1 nursing/medical monitoring SCOPE Enrichment is only able to accept and store select medications based on program-specific policies.
