Rooted in cognitive principles such as chunking, spaced practice, and retrieval, microlearning helps teachers create instruction that is student-centered. This course equips educators with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to design, implement, and assess high-impact microlearning experiences that increase engagement, strengthen retention, support social-emotional learning, and maximize instructional efficiency. Participants will also explore microlearning for professional development to enhance teacher growth.
